There are the night owls and there are the early birds, which are you? According to this study, you do not have a say in how easy you wake up in the morning. Â 23 and Me released their study stating that it is in our genes.
A little over a dozen of places in DNA where found that has to do with how well you wake up in the mornings. A handful of theses locations are found to be involved in the circadian rhythm. While doing this study they found a few unique things, for example that morning people are less likely to be depressed compared to night owls. However, not matter what you may not be able to have any control over that.
