The short answer is yes. The first step to overcoming low self esteem issues is to find out if you are really suffering from it.
You are suffeing from low self esteem if you find yourself answering yes to the following traits:
- You are almost always selfconscious about yourself.
- You feel unworthy of being in your relationship.
- You blame yourself for every setback.
- You have problems being decisisve and either take too long to make a decision or don’t take one at all.
Low self esteem effects every aspect of your life including your sex life.
