Many men are embarrassed to seek treatment for certain diseases like erectile dysfunction. New studies show that men who have difficulty maintaining erections maybe benefits from physical activities or exercise on a daily basis. In the past, these studies had been done but not all of the research had been pieced together until now.
This is an important study because almost 8 to 37 percent among men in different age groups are affected by erectile dysfunction. In the study, some of the men were indicated to do aerobic and pelvic floor exercises while other men were told not to. The study then concluded that those that did not exercise showed no change while those that did exercise did see that change.
