Psychologists have coined this as “sexual destiny beliefs” and there are studies that say this kind of thinking might be ruining your sex life.<\/p>\n

Partners who believe in sexual destiny were less likely to work on improving sexual relations with their partner, less open to trying new things with a “non-compatible” partner, and less satisfied with sex overall.<\/p>\n

Those who adopted a growth mindset, on the other hand, were more likely to compromise and try new things, leading to overall increased sexual satisfaction.<\/p>\n
