Resist telling everyone you know what happened. Tell one or two trusted friends, then wait to figure out where your relationship is going from here. Before rushing to court, process what\u2019s going on with your relationship.<\/p>\n

You have plenty of time. Finally, don\u2019t stalk the \u201cother\u201d person. Spying on them in person and on social media will just feed your whirlwind of emotions. Besides, your problem is not really with this person, it\u2019s with your partner.<\/p>\n
