Let\u2019s say a wife gets angry when the husband won\u2019t take out the trash when she asks. The simple solution is for him to take the trash. Problem solved, right?<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not so simple. The reason the husband doesn\u2019t take out the trash maybe because he finds his wife too controlling. The reason the wife gets angry when he doesn\u2019t take out the trash may be because she interprets it as a reluctance to support or help her.<\/p>\n<p>The first step is to address the emotions behind the squabbles.
