Normally most of the people keep on talking about the ED but rarely somebody talks about that, how can we protect us from this condition?  Now we will discuss about the same.
 
This is for the people those who are at risk of developing Erectile Dysfunction, by taking few active steps they can not only prevent its occurrence, but also help you lead a healthier life overall. Some steps which you can take to prevent Erectile Dysfunction include:
 
Stop smoking.
Exercise regularly.
Maintain a healthy weight.
Review your medications with your doctor and ask about possible substitutions for those that may cause ED(Please don’t stop any Medicine without asking your Doctor).
Take prescribed medications as directed.
Avoid excessive use of alcohol (Not more than two drinks a day).
Avoid the use of illegal drugs.
If you have a chronic illness such as diabetes or kidney disease, follow your doctor's guidelines to keep these conditions in control.
 
These are the few small and easy steps those can help you to stay young at heart and in the Bed too.
